About the Founder

Bevann King

Conflict Resolution Practitioner · EEO Professional · Entrepreneur

I started King Conflict Solutions because I have sat on both sides of the table. I have been the employee navigating a difficult workplace, the federal investigator documenting what really happened, the mediator holding the room steady, and the entrepreneur building something from nothing. That range is what I bring to your conflict.

My career runs through federal service, banking, and academia — Chief of Equal Employment Opportunity with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, senior branch management in banking, employee and labor relations across federal agencies, and doctoral research in conflict analysis and resolution. Across every setting, the work is the same: hear every party, weigh the facts, and find the path forward that holds.

I built this practice to serve any community — any race, ethnicity, gender, faith, ability, age, or background — with the same neutrality, rigor, and respect. Impartiality is not a slogan for me. It is the standard I was trained to, and the one I hold myself to.
